Customer experience Mini tricycle - Dirk Messchaert
Dirk Messchaert came to visit Van Raam to get advice on our special needs tricycles. He made a test ride on the Mini and the Easy Rider Small. Read more about his findings here.
Let's introduce
My name is Dirk Messchaert, I'm 50 years old and married. Currently I cycle on a two-wheel bike without pedal assistance, but this doesn't feel safe anymore. Through the Dutch Association of Little People, a national association for little people in het Netherlands, I came in contact with Van Raam. I consulted Van Raam's website to look for a special needs tricycle and I found what I was looking for. I scheduled an appointment to visit Van Raam for a test ride.
During my visit to Van Raam I tried several bikes, including the Mini tricycle and the Easy Rider Small. I liked the Mini better because it fits me better in terms of size. I also received good advice from well educated staff. After my visit I applied to the Social Support Act, for which I'm still waiting for a response.
I would like to use the Mini tricycle to visit friends, to go to the stores, the GP and go on beautiful cycle trips with my partner.
